Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and BotLib when you buy a tutorial, subscribe to an agent, request a Done-For-You setup, or publish on our marketplace as a creator. Plain English where possible.
↳ The 30-second version
You can buy a tutorial (one-time payment), subscribe to an agent (monthly), or have us deploy one for you (setup fee + monthly). Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel — no questions asked. Tutorials are non-refundable once viewed. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Disputes are governed by Delaware law.
§ 01Who's contracting
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between:
- BotLib — AIBUILDERS LLC, a Delaware-registered company (EIN 35-2843990), with its registered office at 254 Chapman Rd, Suite 208, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("we", "us", or "our"); and
- You — the individual or legal entity that accesses or uses our website, products, or services (the "Customer", "you", or "your").
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
§ 02Acceptance & scope
By browsing botlib.ai, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms or order form. If there is a conflict, the more specific document prevails.
§ 03Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid Services.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@botlib.ai.
§ 04What we sell
BotLib offers three distinct categories of products:
A. AI Agent Subscriptions
Recurring access to one or more AI agents from our library (Atlas, Echo, Rhea, Nova, Orion, and others added over time). Billed monthly. Subject to fair-use limits described on each agent's page.
B. Tutorials (DIY)
One-time purchase of a step-by-step video tutorial and accompanying digital files allowing you to self-install an agent on your own infrastructure. Currently priced at €25 (Tuto Solo) or €49 (Tuto Pro), subject to change.
C. Done-For-You (DFY) Setup
A one-time professional service in which we deploy an agent on your behalf — Setup Lite at €99, Setup Pro at €299, or Setup Custom (quote-based). DFY setups typically include a configured deployment and basic handover; they do not include ongoing operational support unless you also subscribe to an agent or a managed plan.
D. Creator marketplace (from 1 June 2026)
From the date stated, third-party creators may publish agents on our marketplace under separate Creator Program Terms. See section 9.
Specific features, limits, and prices are stated on each product page and prevail over generic descriptions.
§ 05Orders & payment
Order confirmation
An order is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after successful payment. Before then, we may refuse any order at our discretion, in particular in case of suspected fraud, sanctions risk, or pricing error.
Prices & taxes
- Prices are stated in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on your billing country, and exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
- VAT, sales tax, GST, or equivalent is added at checkout based on your country and tax status.
- For B2B EU customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge may apply.
Payment
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit cards and, where available, SEPA debit and other local methods.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the price stated on your order, including recurring charges for subscriptions.
- If a payment fails, we will retry, notify you, and may suspend the Services after 7 days.
Refunds — consumer right of withdrawal
- If you are a consumer in the EU (i.e. not acting in a professional capacity), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of order, except where you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledged that this waives your withdrawal right.
- For tutorials and digital downloads, this consent is requested at checkout, and the withdrawal right is waived once you access the content.
- For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time (see section 6).
- For DFY setup work that has already started, we may refund the portion of work not yet performed.
§ 06Agent subscriptions
- Term & renewal — subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, on the anniversary of your first payment. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund of the current period.
- Plan changes — upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rata adjustment. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Fair use — each agent has documented limits (e.g., number of calls, messages, users). Excessive use beyond fair-use limits may trigger an upgrade requirement or temporary throttling.
- Service availability — we target 99% monthly uptime for paid agents. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure are excluded. We do not currently offer SLA credits below the Custom tier.
§ 07Tutorials & digital downloads
- Tutorials are licensed for individual or company-internal use only.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share tutorial content publicly.
- You may not use tutorial content to build a competing product or training course.
- Access is granted for the duration of your account, subject to these Terms. We may revoke access in case of breach.
- Once a tutorial is accessed, the consumer right of withdrawal is waived (see section 5).
§ 08Done-For-You setup
- DFY setup is a one-time professional service. Timing is estimated, not contractual, unless agreed in writing.
- You agree to provide reasonable cooperation: access to required accounts (e.g., Google Calendar, payment processor, telephony), content for configuration, and timely answers to our questions.
- Delays caused by your lack of cooperation are excluded from any timing commitment.
- Once the agent is deployed and handed over, you are responsible for the ongoing operation, configuration changes, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- For Setup Pro and Setup Custom, a written scope of work supersedes generic descriptions.
§ 09Creator program
From 1 June 2026, qualified third parties may publish AI agents on our marketplace. Participation is subject to separate Creator Program Terms, which include:
- Revenue share of up to 80% on net sales of your agent.
- A required submission and review process before publication.
- Quality, security, and content standards.
- Payout terms via Stripe Connect or equivalent.
- Indemnification obligations toward end-customers regarding your agent.
The current Creator Program Terms are available on the Become a Creator page or by request.
§ 10Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Use the agents for fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful purposes.
- Use the agents to make unsolicited calls or messages in violation of telecommunications laws (TCPA in the US, ePrivacy in the EU, equivalent elsewhere).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the Services as a third-party API without our written consent.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our infrastructure, perform load tests, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Use the Services to develop a competing AI agent marketplace.
- Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence or hate speech.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination, without refund.

§ 13Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific business requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
§ 14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BotLib will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including, in many jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross misconduct.
§ 15Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BotLib, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
- Your Content or your use of the Services.
- Your failure to inform end-users or obtain required consent when deploying an agent (as data controller under section 8).
We will give you reasonable notice of any such claim and let you control the defense, provided you do so promptly and in good faith.
§ 16Termination
- You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or legal risk.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnification, law & jurisdiction) will survive.
- We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§ 17Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, USA, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you retain the benefit of those mandatory rules and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
- Minor or clarifying changes take effect immediately upon publication.
- Material changes (e.g., price increases on existing subscriptions, scope reductions, new restrictions) take effect 30 days after notice by email or in-app notification.
- Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept material changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
