Onboard

We help you produce the tutorial, set up Stripe payouts, and build your agent's page. We co-write the listing copy.

Creator FAQ

Common questions

Do I keep the IP on my agent?
Yes. You retain full ownership and IP of your agent and its underlying workflows. We license a non-exclusive right to distribute it on our marketplace. You can also sell elsewhere — except if you accept our "Featured" program (6 months exclusivity in exchange for top placement and dedicated marketing).
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly payouts via Stripe Connect, Wise or bank transfer. Payouts happen between the 5th and 10th of each month for the previous month's revenue. Minimum payout threshold: €50. We provide a detailed earnings report with every payout.
What's tracked as "I brought the customer"?
We use Rewardful with a 60-day cookie. Anyone who clicks your unique affiliate link and buys within 60 days counts as your customer — even if they come back from another channel later. Direct UTM-tagged links from your LinkedIn or newsletter all count.
Can BotLib reject my agent after onboarding?
Yes — but only if quality drops. We monitor customer ratings (minimum 4.0/5 average required) and refund rates (max 8%). If your agent falls below either, we'll work with you to fix it. Persistent issues lead to delisting with 30 days notice. You'll always have time to address feedback.
Do I have to handle support myself?
Two options. Option A: you handle support, you keep more of the recurring revenue (50%). Option B: BotLib handles support and operations, you keep 40% but get truly passive income. You choose at signup and can switch later.
What if my agent uses paid APIs (Claude, ElevenLabs, Twilio)?
For DFY subscriptions, BotLib pays the API costs out of the customer's monthly fee — your % is calculated after API costs. For tutorials, the customer connects their own API keys, so it's not your problem. We're transparent on the math: you'll see API costs deducted on every earnings report.
Can multiple creators submit similar agents?
Yes, but we curate carefully. We don't list two near-identical agents — we pick the best one. If your agent overlaps strongly with an existing listing (official or creator), we'll suggest how to differentiate (deeper niche, different industry vertical, additional features) before listing.
