Terms of Service.
The agreement covering your use of BotLib and your subscription to an AI agent. Written as plainly as we can, without hiding what the service does not do.

The 30-second version
You pay the base subscription up front and metered usage in arrears. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel by email. Atlas includes, where shown at checkout, a 7-day trial with 100 minutes included. We do not guarantee any specific business result. Delaware law governs, without cutting into the consumer protections your own jurisdiction makes mandatory.
§ 01
Parties
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between:
- BotLib — AIBUILDERS LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware (EIN 35-2843990), with its registered office at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, United States (“we”, “us” or “our”); and
- You — the individual or entity accessing our site, buying or using our products or services (the “Customer”, “you” or “your”).
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
AIBUILDERS LLC is the seller of record on every order, in every market. We also keep an office in France — AI BUILDER FRANCE, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris — which is a contact address for our French-speaking customers. It is not a party to this agreement and does not change the governing law or venue set out in section 17.
§ 02
Acceptance and scope
By browsing botlib.ai, placing an order or using any of our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, the information shown on the product page, and your order confirmation. Where they conflict, the document most specific to your order wins.
§ 03
Eligibility and Customer information
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a Service.
- You must give us accurate, current and complete information, particularly for billing and for configuring the agent.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for anything done through the accounts you make available for configuring the Service.
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
§ 04
Services offered
In its current form, BotLib sells recurring access to three AI agents. The features, limits and conditions shown on each product page and at checkout are part of your order.
Atlas
AI receptionist
$49/month at the launch rate, then $99/month. Annual launch option: $470.40/year, plus $0.25/min of usage.
Echo
First contact
$99/month, plus $0.30/lead handled.
Rhea
Reputation
$49/month, plus $0.15/request sent.
Nova and Orion are shown as “coming soon” and are not purchasable Services until a checkout exists for them. The prices shown at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation prevail over any general description.
§ 05
Orders and payment
How an order is formed
An order is formed when we send you a confirmation after your payment, or the payment method required for a trial, has been validated. Before that confirmation we may decline an order — for instance where we suspect fraud, where sanctions rules create a risk, or where a price was obviously wrong.
Prices and taxes
- Prices on this site are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Sales tax, VAT or any equivalent tax is added at checkout based on your location and tax status.
- Where we are required to collect and remit sales tax in your state, it appears as a separate line on your receipt.
Payment
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The payment methods actually accepted are those displayed at the time of your order.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown in your order, including renewals and metered usage.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it, notify you, and suspend the Services after seven days of non-payment.
Cancellations and refunds
- There is no statutory cooling-off period for online services in the United States. What protects you instead is the trial: Atlas includes, where shown at checkout, a 7-day trial you can cancel before the first charge.
- If you live somewhere that gives consumers a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right — several US states, the European Union, the United Kingdom and others do — that right applies in full and nothing here reduces it.
- Beyond your legal rights, any goodwill refund is decided case by case. Write to [email protected].
§ 06
Subscriptions
- Term and renewal — the base price is billed in advance on the monthly or annual cycle shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically for the same term until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Pro-rated refunds — unless the law requires otherwise, the period in progress is not refunded pro rata.
- Usage — units consumed are billed in arrears, normally monthly, even when the base price is annual. Stripe may issue a separate monthly invoice for that usage between annual renewals.
- Availability — we may carry out planned maintenance. Outages caused by force majeure or by a third-party service are excluded from any availability commitment.
§ 07
Atlas trial and usage billing
Atlas trial
- Where the offer is shown at checkout, Atlas includes a 7-day trial with 100 minutes included. A valid payment card is required.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the base subscription is charged automatically on the cycle you chose.
- Minutes beyond the included quota during the trial remain payable and may be billed at the end of the trial or on cancellation.
- Atlas setup is free if you keep the subscription after the trial, within the scope presented at the time of your order.
Atlas launch offer
The offer reserved for the first 20 customers sets a base price of $49/month for as long as that subscription stays active without interruption. If it is cancelled, the guaranteed rate ends. Once the launch seats are gone, the standard monthly rate is $99/month. Where the annual option is chosen, the price shown at checkout is $470.40/year. Taxes and usage are billed separately.
How usage is counted
- Atlas — $0.25/min. Every minute started counts as a full minute: a call of 2 min 10 s counts as three minutes.
- Echo — $0.30/lead handled by the agent.
- Rhea — $0.15/request sent by the agent.
Usage is recorded from the technical events generated by the services involved, then passed to Stripe for billing. It is billed monthly in arrears. The usage prices that apply are those shown at the time of your order, subject to changes made under section 18.
§ 08
Onboarding and your cooperation
- Setup timelines are estimates, unless your order confirmation says otherwise in writing.
- You need to give us, within a reasonable time, access to the accounts involved — Google Calendar, telephony or messaging tools, for example — along with the configuration details and answers to our questions.
- Delays caused by missing access, missing content or missing answers on your side fall outside our timeline estimates.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, hours, business rules and content you give the agent.
- The scope of setup and support is the one described on the product page or in your order confirmation.
§ 09
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in breach of any law, regulation or third-party right;
- use the agents for fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory or unlawful purposes;
- place calls or send messages that break telecommunications rules — in particular the TCPA and state calling laws in the United States, ePrivacy in the European Union, or their equivalents elsewhere;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the Services, except where the law expressly allows it;
- resell, sublicense or expose the Services as an API to third parties without our written agreement;
- attack the security or integrity of our infrastructure, run load tests, or work around technical limits;
- use the Services to build a competing AI agent marketplace;
- upload or process unlawful, harmful, infringing, violent or hateful content, or sexual content involving minors.
Breaching this section may lead to immediate suspension or termination, without refund, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
§ 10
Personal data and the role of each party
Data handling is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
- BotLib is the controller of the data collected for its site, its sales, its billing and its support.
- For end-user data processed by an agent we run for your business, you are the controller and BotLib acts as a processor on your instructions.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you pass on, for informing end users, and for obtaining any consent required.
- A data processing agreement is available on request.
§ 11
Intellectual property
Our rights
BotLib, the BotLib.ai logo, our agent names — Atlas, Echo, Rhea, Nova and Orion — our site, workflows, software, content and documentation are the intellectual property of AIBUILDERS LLC or its licensors. We grant you only the limited rights needed to use the Service you ordered.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, send or configure in the Services (your “Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that Content only as far as needed to provide the Services.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, a suggestion or an idea, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without compensation. We are not obliged to use it, to credit you or to pay you for it.
§ 12
Third-party services
Our Services rely on, integrate with or send data to third-party services, including Stripe, Google, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Anthropic and n8n. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and pricing.
We are not responsible for outages, errors or policy changes decided by those third parties. Where we can, we will give you reasonable notice of changes that materially affect your use of our Services.
§ 13
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will meet your particular business requirements;
- the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure beyond commercially reasonable efforts;
- the answers produced by an AI agent will be accurate, complete or right for your situation — AI output is probabilistic and needs human review for any decision that matters;
- using the Services will produce a specific business result, such as more revenue, better retention or higher conversion.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. In those jurisdictions the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows.
§ 14
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- BotLib is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill — even if advised that they were possible.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to these Terms or to your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, in many jurisdictions, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence.
§ 15
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BotLib, its officers, employees and affiliates against any third-party claim, damage, liability, cost or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:
- your breach of these Terms or of the law;
- your Content or your use of the Services;
- your failure to inform end users or to obtain the consents required when an agent is deployed.
We will notify you of any such claim within a reasonable time and let you lead the defense, provided you act promptly and in good faith.
§ 16
Termination
- You may end the Service by cancelling your subscription.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a legal or security risk.
- On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Clauses that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, liability, indemnification, governing law and venue — remain in force.
- We keep or delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
§ 17
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, United States, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules — including the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a US state that gives you a non-waivable forum — you keep the benefit of those rules and the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
§ 18
Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The “Updated” date shown at the top is the most recent version.
- Minor or clarifying changes take effect when published.
- Material changes — a price increase on an existing subscription, a reduction in scope, or a new restriction — take effect 30 days after notice by email or in the Service.
- Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the change. If you refuse a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
- The base rate guaranteed by an Atlas launch offer stays subject to the specific conditions in section 7.
